R.Chikarango is a dedicated , experienced and award winning business development and marketing practitioner with 9 years experience in the Insurance industry who has been broadly exposed to strategic planning and implementation of marketing strategies, market research and analysis, brand development and maintenance, building strategic relationships, advertising and corporate communications.  Previously she was the company’s Operations Manager, a position she also held and succeeded profoundly. She has commensurate qualifications in Business Management (BComm Honours Business Management -major in Marketing) from  Midlands State University (MSU), Public Relations and Business Promotion from University of Zimbabwe (UZ), Mass Media Communication (Print Journalism) with HEXCO from Harare Polytechnic as well as Certificate of Proficiency (COP) in Funeral Business Management.
