Board Chairman
Samson Mavende is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Zimbabwe and holds a Bachelor of Accountancy degree and a postgraduate Diploma in Applied Accountancy from the University of Zimbabwe. He has wide experience on strategy formulation and execution, financial reporting, financial management, corporate governance and auditing. He has over two decades of senior executive experience with large corporations and companies listed on the Zimbabwe Stock Exchange.
He has previously sat on the boards of CAPS Holdings, Olivine Holdings, Turnall Holdings, QV Pharmacies, St. Anne’s Hospital, Olivine Industries, Chegutu Canners and RBP (Private) Limited. He also sat on the CPD Committee of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Zimbabwe and the Governance and Ethics Committee of the Zimbabwe National Chamber of Commerce.
