Rumbidzai Chikarango

Operations Manager

Rumbidzai Chikarango is the Acting Operations Manager, who is a highly competent and skilled personnel with commensurate qualifications in Journalism, Public Relations and Corporate Communications. Having attained the most prestigious Journalism qualification in form of a National Diploma in Mass Communication – Print Journalism under the auspices of the Higher Education Examinations Council (HEXCO), she also acquired certifications with the University of Zimbabwe through attaining the noble Executive Certificate in Public Relations and Business Promotion. She joined the company in 2014 and, has ever since that time, strived to ensure Vineyard’s maintenance of commercial buoyancy through increased marketization and brand visibility strategies making it the most preferred funeral home of choice by many. She is studying towards the attainment of The Certificate Of Proficiency (COP) with The Insurance Institute of Zimbabwe (IIZ) and a Bachelors Degree in Risk Management.

Charles Mahwahwa

Finance Manager

Charles Mahwahwa is the Finance Manager and is an Accountant by profession. Previously he was working as an accountant for Cochrane Engineering (Pvt.) Ltd and Alternate Director at Cochrane Holdings Management (Pvt) Ltd. He also worked as a consultant for various organizations including World Vision Finance - Rwanda. He holds a BSc Accountancy degree with the Midlands State University.

Christopher Mariwo

Acting Marketing Manager

Christopher Mariwo is the Acting Marketing Manager. He joined Vineyard funeral Assurance in 2004 as a marketing consultant. He rose through the ranks to become Acting Marketing Manager. He attained a diploma in marketing, Certificate Of Proficiency ( COP) with Insurance Institute of Zimbabwe (IIZ). He is studying towards the attainment of a bachelor of Commerce in Marketing.

Caroline Nduna

Book Keeper

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management & Entrepreneurial Development (Women University in Africa), Marketing Diplomas (Institute of Administration & Commerce ) and  COP- Long term business. She has seven years experience in the insurance industry. She is currently studying for a Masters in Business Administration (National University of Science and Technology).

Andrew Mbizo


He joined the company in August 2012 in the IT department, having worked for Helpline Trust in the same department and earlier as a teacher. He received on-the-job training in underwriting and now handles claims and underwriting.

Sarah.C Masunda

Services Manager

She has 12 years of working experience in various departments in the funeral industry. She holds a secretarial course with Pitman and Insurance Institute Of Zimbabwe COP. She is presently studying for a diploma in Insurance with the same institute.
