Tarisayi Jingo is the Operations Manager of the company and is a member of the Zimbabwe Institute of Management, is a holder of an Executive Diploma in Business Leadership from the Zimbabwe Institute of Management and is currently studying for an Associateship qualification with the Insurance Institute of South Africa. He has more than 23 years experience in the insurance industry having worked for Old Mutual from 1993-2003 before joining the Company in May 2004. Between 2001 and 2002 he was a columnist for the weekly newspaper, The Business Tribune writing on pensions and other insurance matters. He is the current Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Funeral Industry Pension Fund and is also the Secretary General of the Early Childhood Association of Zimbabwe.
Charles Mahwahwa is the Finance Manager and is an Accountant by profession. Previously he was working as an accountant for Cochrane Engineering (Pvt.) Ltd and Alternate Director at Cochrane Holdings Management (Pvt) Ltd. He also worked as a consultant for various organisations including World Vision Finance - Rwanda. He holds a Bsc Accountancy degree with the Midlands State University.
She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management & Entrepreneurial Development (Women University in Africa), Marketing Diplomaz (Institute of Administration & Commerce ) and COP- Long term business. She has seven years experience in the insurance industry. She is currently studying for a Masters in Business Administration (National University of Science and Technology).
He joined the company in August 2012 in the IT department, having worked for Helpline Trust in the same department and earlier as a teacher. He received on-the-job training in underwriting and now handles claims and underwriting.
She has 12 years working experience in various departments in the funeral industry. She holds a secretarial course with Pitman and Insurance Institute Of Zimbabwe COP. She is presently studying for a diploma in Insurance with the same institute.
