P Muwirimi has over 20 years work experience in the Insurance industry with a history of improving customer relations through engagements. Previously she was the Client Relationship Manager for Nhaka Life Assurance and also held the position of Underwriting Manager and ClientServices & Claims Manager for Moonlight Funeral Assurance. She is a holder of Bachelor of Business Administration with Management College of South Africa (MANCOSA}, Diploma of Insurance with Insurance Instituteof Zimbabwe {IIZ} , Certificate of Proficiency {COP}with Insurance Institute of Zimbabwe {IIZ} and various certificates in Customer Care Management ,Supervisory Management and Palliative Care Management.
